This policy explains how we deliver our services/products and under what conditions cancellations and refunds may apply.
Delivery
For digital services and software, delivery is performed electronically via email or customer portal access. Access details are typically provided immediately after order confirmation unless otherwise stated. For any physical materials (if applicable), shipping details and timelines will be communicated separately.
Cancellation
Orders for consulting and setup services can be cancelled before work begins. Once work has started or access has been provisioned, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a fee proportional to the work completed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, completed services and delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error in billing or delivery, please contact us and we will review your case promptly.
